Call for applications for the ACE²-EU Student Colloquium 2026 in Gdańsk, Poland is open

The Medical University of Gdańsk (Poland) and the ARIES incubator invite students and researchers to participate in the first ACE²-EU Student-led Colloquium 2026, which will be held from 24 to 26 November 2026 in Gdańsk, Poland.

This three-day event is designed as a platform for knowledge exchange, research and innovation within the ACE²-EU alliance, enabling the promotion of academic mobility, entrepreneurship and international networking.

Who can apply?

The call is open to all interested candidates from partner universities in the ACE²-EU Alliance, namely:

  • Students of all cycles and doctoral candidates (PhD candidates);
  • Researchers and academic staff (early career development);
  • Representatives of doctoral study programs;
  • All individuals interested in international mobility, innovation and academic career development.

 

(Note: Each partner university should nominate at least three students who will actively participate in the poster session from different thematic areas).

Program and content

Participants will have the opportunity to be part of a dynamic program that includes:

  • University presentations and student pitching sessions;
  • Panel discussions and skill-building workshops;
  • Poster sessions and informal networking events;
  • Sharing experiences on research stays and academic mobility.

  • Date of the event: 24–26 November 2026.
  • Location: Medical University of Gdańsk, Poland (with physical presence).
  • Application deadline: 15 October 2026.
  • Certification: All participants who attend the full session will receive a certificate of participation and a Book of Abstracts.
