Goce Delcev University – Stip, through specialized training and coaching for academic staff and researchers, is actively working on establishing systemic support for the commercialization of science-based innovations, including the establishment of spin-offs and startup companies.
Within the framework of the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Clinic, organized within the framework of the IMPACTWHEEL project, specialized training was conducted for academic and research staff of the UGD.
During the program, participants were involved in practical sessions designed to encourage entrepreneurial thinking and bridge the gap between academic research and its application in the real business sector.
One of the key segments of the clinic was the practical application of the VCW – Value Creation Wheel methodology, a structured model that guides participants through the processes of problem identification, stakeholder mapping, idea generation and validation of possible solutions.
The high level of engagement, creativity and collaboration among the participants was truly inspiring and demonstrated a strong potential for developing innovative solutions. As part of the training, the participation of successful innovators and entrepreneurs who turn research and development results into commercialized innovations, by designing new products and services for their clients, was particularly significant.
