On October 21, 2026, students from the Faculty of Tourism and Business Logistics at Goce Delcev University – Stip took part in field-based learning and participated in the one-day educational seminar entitled “Inside Parliament: The Home of Parliamentary Law.”
The visit was organized at the invitation of the Parliamentary Institute under the mentorship of Associate Professor Aneta Stojanovska-Stefanova, PhD, and was intended for students from the university’s teaching centres in Shtip, Skopje, and Gevgelija.
The programme covered several thematic areas, including constitutional law, the political system, parliamentarism, international relations, and diplomacy.
The activity provided an opportunity to directly connect academic knowledge with institutional practice and helped deepen students’ understanding of the historical development of Macedonian statehood, parliamentary democracy, the functioning of the legislative branch, and the role of state institutions in international relations.
The seminar enabled students to relate course content to institutional practice, ask questions, and participate in discussions.
In recognition of the successful cooperation and contribution to the implementation of this educational activity, Goce Delcev University – Stip received an official Certificate of Appreciation from the Assembly of the Republic of North Macedonia for its contribution to the successful implementation of the seminar “Inside Parliament: The Home of Parliamentary Law,” delivered by the Parliamentary Institute.
This recognition highlights the importance of institutional cooperation between higher education institutions and state institutions, particularly in promoting practical education, fostering democratic values, and encouraging students to actively participate in educational activities beyond university premises.
We extend our gratitude to the Assembly and the Parliamentary Institute for their hospitality, professional organization, and successful cooperation.
Congratulations to the students on their active participation and interest in acquiring new knowledge.
