“Goce Delcev” University – Stip has announced the Competition for the enrollment of students in the first cycle of studies for the academic year 2026/2027. The first enrollment period will be realized on August 19, 20 and 21, and the electronic application system is already open where future students will be able to submit their applications for enrollment electronically.
According to the competition, this year the University has 3,341 vacant places, of which 1,629 are in the state quota, 972 places are for students with co-financing, and 735 places are for part-time students.
In the first enrollment period, the deadlines are as follows:
- Application of candidates: August 19, 20 and 21
- Announcement of preliminary results: August 26
- Objections: August 27
- Announcement of final admission decisions: August 31
- Enrollment of admitted candidates: September 1, 2 and 3.

- Faculty of Economics – 270
- Faculty of Educational Sciences – 105
- Film Academy – 45
- Music Academy – 111
- Academy of Fine Arts – 15
- Faculty of Informatics – 470
- Faculty of Agriculture – 170
- Faculty of Natural and Technical Sciences – 200
- Faculty of Mechanical Engineering – 60
- Faculty of Medical Sciences – 720
- Faculty of Philology – 310
- Faculty of Tourism and Business Logistics – 460
- Faculty of Electrical Engineering – 80
- Faculty of Technology and Engineering – 85.
Electronic application
Application can now be made online through the system https://eupisi.ugd.edu.mk, where candidates fill out the electronic application, enter their secondary education data and pay the application fees. After submitting the electronic application, the documents should be submitted to the appropriate study center (Stip, Skopje, Strumica, Kavadarci or Gevgelija), according to the terms published on the University’s website. Accepted candidates are then enrolled electronically through the same system.
The best candidates are exempt from participation
This year, the University also provides for exemption from payment of participation for the most successful candidates who will enroll in the first enrollment period, as full-time students in the state quota and with at least 80 points.
The following will receive exemption:
- Faculty of Medical Sciences – 20 students (10 General Medicine, 5 Pharmacy and 5 Dental Medicine);
- Faculty of Informatics – 10 students;
- Faculty of Agriculture – 10 students;
- Faculty of Natural and Technical Sciences – 10 students;
- Faculty of Economics – 10 students;
- Faculty of Law – 10 students;
- Faculty of Tourism and Business Logistics – 10 students;
- Faculty of Electrical Engineering – 5 students;
- Faculty of Mechanical Engineering – 5 students;
- Faculty of Technology and Engineering – 5 students;
- Faculty of Educational Sciences – 5 students;
- Academy of Music – 5 students;
- Academy of Fine Arts – 2 students;
- Film Academy – 2 students.
Additionally, at the Faculty of Philology, all students enrolled in the Macedonian Language and Literature study program are exempted from participation, while for the other language directions, the best ranked candidates according to the competition are exempted.
