Students from all faculties at Goce Delčev University (UGD) can now enrol in the ACE²-EU Entrepreneurship Academy’s Foundation Course, “Foundations of Entrepreneurship”.
This 100% online, self-paced course is offered by the ACE²-EU European University Alliance, of which Goce Delcev University is one of the nine partner universities.

The Foundation Course helps you develop these skills in a practical and accessible way.
What will you learn?
The course is organised into 15 learning units, covering topics such as:
- Think Like an Entrepreneur
- Introduction to Social Entrepreneurship
- Leadership and Team Development
- Design Thinking
- Understanding Your Customers
- Creative Thinking and Ideation
- Business Models and Value Propositions
- Prototyping
- Storytelling and Presentation
Course details:
- Format: 100% online and self-paced via the ACE²-EU Moodle platform.
- Workload: 25 hours in total.
- Recognition: 2 ECTS credits and a certificate of completion upon successful completion.
- Course period: 15 October 2026 – [end date to be confirmed] 2027.
- Who can join: Students from all disciplines and university staff. No business idea or prior experience is required.
- Registration: Open throughout the course period.
The Foundation Course is the entry point to the ACE²-EU Entrepreneurship Academy. Participants who successfully complete it meet the prerequisites for the advanced course and can apply for the International Practice Week, as well as join networking activities across Europe.
Whether the 2 ECTS credits can count towards your degree at UGD depends on your study programme. Please check with your professors before starting the course.
