The State Statistical Office, in cooperation with the Ministry of Digital Transformation, has introduced a fully digitalized collection of data on enrolled undergraduate students through the new electronic form VOI.20. Starting from the academic year 2025/2026, paper forms are completely excluded, and all active students are obliged to fill out the statistical form and submit it electronically.
To fill out the form, students must first register on the National Portal for e-Services (the Portal) uslugi.gov.mk, by defining a low-level profile through the Single Sign-On System (SSS) in one of the following ways:
1. The student can register on the Portal with a valid e-mail address, which provides a basic-level profile (without verified physical identity) and must upgrade that profile to a low-level one at the offices of the ETU (Single Point of Service) centers throughout North Macedonia:

as well as at the regional units of the Public Revenue Office (PRO), with a personal identification document.
2. If the student already has a user account from the Public Revenue Office (PRO), on the Portal he selects the option for registration with an existing PRO user account “You have a PRO profile” and logs in with the PRO username and password.
Students fill out the form at the following link: uslugi.gov.mk/Образец ВОИ.20. After successfully completing the form, the system generates an appropriate document that students are required to submit to the student service of their home faculty or higher vocational school.
