Goce Delcev University in Stip officially launched today the four-day Applied Blended Challenge (ABC) program “CoActEU – Law, Policies and Practices for Sustainable Societies”, which is implemented within the framework of the ACE²-EU European University Alliance.
The program combines online and face-to-face teaching and is based on a challenging, practical and interdisciplinary approach to learning. The main goal is for students, through teamwork and cooperation with external stakeholders, to develop concrete solutions for real societal challenges, aligned with the European Union’s priorities for sustainable development.
The ABC program includes several hours of online teaching, 25 hours of face-to-face teaching and 55 hours of independent and group work.
Face-to-face teaching started today at Goce Delcev University in Stip, with the participation of students from the partner universities within the alliance.
Upon successful completion of the program, participants will receive 3 ECTS credits and a certificate of participation.
The program is hosted and supported by the University of Goce Delcev, in cooperation with the University of Constantin Brâncusi from Romania, as well as the external partner – the Municipality of Stip.
Professors and experts from both institutions, as well as representatives of the local government and the civil society sector, participate in the implementation.
The program is intended for students from various fields, including law, political science, economics, environment, sociology, ethics, education and European policies.
On the last day of this program, students from all universities will try, within the framework of the activities, to create solutions for the biggest challenges faced by the stakeholders of the UGD, which are the Municipality of Shtip and the Economic Chamber of Macedonia.
With this program, the University of Goce Delcev once again confirms its commitment to internationalization, innovative education and active involvement of young people in creating sustainable social solutions.
