After the successful completion of the online phase in September, the on-site part of the international course Civilian Contingency Planning: C2PE BISR has officially started in Skopje as part of the Applied Blended Challenge (ABC) program of the European University Alliance ACE2EU.
The event, which will last until October 9, brings together students and experts from partner universities from North Macedonia, Spain and Austria.
During this week, participants have been working and will continue to work on simulations of real crises — from cyberattacks and blackouts, to floods and hybrid threats. The program includes field visits, practical exercises and direct cooperation with representatives from civil protection, defense and security institutions.
The organizers of the event are the University “Goce Delcev” and the Military Academy “General Mihajlo Apostolski” from North Macedonia, in cooperation with Universidad Francisco de Vitoria in Spain and Carinthia University of Applied Sciences in Austria.
