From 10 to 12 February 2025, Prof. Dr. Limonka Kotseva-Lazarova from the Faculty of Informatics and Prof. Dr. Elena Maksimova from the Faculty of Law, together with representatives from partner universities of the ACE²-EU Alliance, were part of the training “Communication in international project teams and project management under the ERASMUS+ Key Action 2 program”, held at the Medical University of Gdansk, Poland.
The participants improved their communication competencies, intercultural awareness and practical skills for managing Erasmus+ KA2 projects.
Through practical exercises and case studies, the teams had the opportunity to practice building consortia, defining roles, managing team dynamics, planning activities and dealing with unexpected challenges. The workshops also provided a space for the exchange of experiences and good practices, thus strengthening long-term cooperation within the Alliance.

Funded by NAWA within the framework of the “Support to European Universities” project, this event demonstrates that European cooperation works best in practice – intensive, interactive and focused on concrete impact.
