Pursuant to the Erasmus+ University Charter No. 256492-EPP-1-MK-EPPKA3-ECHE, Goce Delcev University – Stip, announces a Call for Erasmus+ mobilities for:
Student Mobilities
The call is open for:
- A) 19 student mobilities for studies (to be carried out in the summer semester of the academic year 2025/2026);
B) 12 student mobilities for long-term traineeships lasting at least 60 days and up to 90 days;
C) Short-term mobilities lasting from 5 to 14 days.
A-1) Conditions for applying for mobility for studies:
- Eligible applicants are students enrolled in the 1st or 2nd cycle of studies: regularly enrolled in the 1st cycle with at least the 2nd semester completed, or regularly enrolled in the 2nd cycle with at least the 1st semester completed.
- Applicants must have a solid knowledge of English, or the language of the host country.
- Students are entitled to use a minimum of 2 months and a maximum of 12 months of student mobility (studies/traineeship) during one cycle of studies, according to the conditions specified in the Call.
- Preference will be given to candidates applying to the program for the first time.
A-2) Conditions for applying for long-term traineeship mobility:
- Same conditions as A-1: regularly enrolled students in the 1st or 2nd cycle with at least the 2nd (1st cycle) or 1st (2nd cycle) semester completed.
- Applicants must have a solid knowledge of English, or the language of the host country.
- Students are entitled to use a minimum of 2 months and a maximum of 12 months of student mobility (studies/traineeship) during one cycle of studies.
- Preference will be given to first-time applicants.
A-3) Conditions for applying for short-term mobility:
- Eligible applicants are regularly enrolled PhD (3rd cycle) students with at least the 1st semester completed.
- Applicants must have a solid knowledge of English, or the language of the host country.
- Students are entitled to use a maximum of two short-term mobilities during one cycle of studies.
- Preference will be given to first-time applicants.
B-1) Required documents for applying for mobility for studies:
- Duly completed Expression of Interest form for participation in Erasmus+ program (printed in two copies).
- Transcript of records.
- Confirmation of enrollment in the semester.
- Copy of student ID (index – first page).
- Curriculum Vitae (CV).
- Motivation letter.
- Two recommendation letters from professors of the student’s faculty/unit.
- Proof of participation in activities within the faculty/university (seminars, conferences, workshops, events, journals, other activities), and/or confirmation of participation in university or faculty bodies (priority will be given to students with more activities).
- Certificate of foreign language proficiency and/or other proof of proficiency in the language used at the host university.
B-2) Required documents for applying for long-term traineeship mobility:
(Same as above for studies – see B-1).
Documents must be submitted in person to the International Relations Office. Applications sent by email or after the deadline will not be considered.
C-1) Required documents for applying for short-term mobility:
- Duly completed Expression of Interest form for participation in Erasmus+ program.
- Transcript of records.
- Confirmation of enrollment in the semester.
- Copy of student ID (index – first page).
- Curriculum Vitae (CV).
- Motivation letter.
- Recommendation from the supervisor for the chosen institution.
- Proof of participation in an international scientific conference/meeting or confirmation of abstract acceptance for such an event (priority will be given to students participating in conferences indexed in SCOPUS).
- Published scientific paper in a recognized scientific journal, or confirmation of acceptance for publication (priority to those published in journals indexed in at least one online database such as Ebsco, Emerald, Scopus, Web of Science, Journal Citation Report, SCImago Journal Rank, or other database recognized by the National Council for Higher Education).
- Proof of participation in faculty/university activities (seminars, conferences, workshops, events, journals, or other activities), and/or confirmation of participation in university/faculty bodies (priority for students with more activities).
- Certificate of foreign language proficiency and/or other proof of proficiency in the language used at the host university.
All students applying for short-term mobilities must have an ORCID and Google Scholar profile verified with their student email. Only activities affiliated with Goce Delcev University will be evaluated.
