Teaching in the subject Sports and Recreation

Dear students,

We inform you that the teaching in the subject Sports and Recreation in the winter semester in the academic year 2026/2027 for full-time students in the first year of all study programs at the Faculty of Medical Sciences, Faculty of Educational Sciences, Faculty of Economics, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Faculty of Philology and Academy of Fine Arts will be realized through the individual selection of each student of a minimum of eight activities from the offered terms in the list below.

Important dates:

  • 1.10 – 15.10.2026 – Selection of activity and term for realization by scanning the QR code or by accessing the following link: https://forms.cloud.microsoft/e/PSxV5QtPmS
  • 19.10.2026, beginning of classes according to the chosen term.

Two additional activities will be organized in nature. They will be organized during the weekend. The dates will be announced later.

Important guidelines for classes:
• Classes are mandatory for all full-time students at the listed faculties;
• You can choose only one activity in one working week;
• Activities will be held in the “Jordan Mijalkov” Sports Hall;
• Before each activity, come 10 min. before the specified time, in sports equipment, clean sneakers;
• Each student should bring water and a mat/towel for activities that will be held on the floor (e.g.: stretching);
• Do not bring valuables with you;
• There will be an additional time for outdoor activities.
