“Goce Delcev” University – Stip received a positive opinion and assessment for its work in the academic year 2024/2025 by the Parliamentary Committee on Education, Science and Sports.
At the 20th session of the Commission, held on February 5, 2025, the Vice-Rector for Investments and Development, Prof. Dr. Darko Lazarov, presented the Annual Report on the Work of the Rector of “Goce Delcev” University – Stip. In the presence of the MPs – members of the Commission and representatives of the Ministry of Education and Science (MES), it was emphasized that the University had an exceptionally successful year behind it, with the full implementation of teaching, educational and scientific research activities.
The success in the internationalization and European orientation of the University was particularly emphasized, through active participation in the European University Alliance ACE2-EU, as well as through involvement in numerous European projects and initiatives.
The University “Goce Delcev” – Stip is positioned as the most successful fast-growing higher education institution in the country, which offers modern and quality education for students, a strong scientific research orientation and active cooperation with industry and the private sector, with a significant contribution to the economic and social development of the country.
At the same time, the University, with its contribution and active participation in projects of social significance and with its strong support for sports and culture, is becoming a recognizable institution that cares and pays great attention to the wider community.
The positive assessment by the Parliamentary Commission is a confirmation of the development capacity and institutional stability of the University “Goce Delcev” – Stip.
